The Master BIM Course is our flagship 6-month program, combining multi-disciplinary BIM mastery, international project experience, and interior design & visualization skills. Designed for architects, engineers, and interior designers aiming for top-tier BIM careers, it covers Architecture, Structure, and MEP workflows, project coordination, and high-end visualization.

This program follows a 2 + 2 + 2 learning model:

• 2 Months: Core BIM software & workflows.
• 2 Months: Global BIM projects at LOD 200, 300 & 350.
• 2 Months: Interior design, visualization, AI tools, and industry submissions.

• Introductory Add-On Module – Basics of Rhino & Grasshopper (3 hrs) for parametric design exploration.

  • LOD 350: Commercial Building (UK-Based) – Construction-Ready Model with MEP integration, clash detection, COBie data, and as-built documentation
• Interior Design & Visualization – Space planning, material boards, technical drawings, 3D rendering, and walkthroughs using Lumion, Twinmotion, SketchUp + V-Ray, plus AI tools for architecture & interiors.
• KBR, K-SMART & Sanketham Submissions – Learn approval workflows for Kerala’s building permit systems.
• Freelance & Startup Mentoring – Guidance on setting up your own BIM or design consultancy.
• Job-Readiness Training – Mock interviews, 80 must-know BIM questions, English communication skills, and portfolio preparation.
