Program Duration: 6 Months Offline

This intensive 6-month program combines BIM and Interior Design, equipping you with the advanced skills and practical experience demanded by the industry. You’ll learn BIM software, tools, and interior design software, explore specialized topics, and gain hands-on experience through an in-person internship at BIM Cafe Learning Hub.

Months 1 - 3

The first three months will focus exclusively on BIM-related software, tools, and global projects. During this period, you will learn Revit, Navisworks Manage, and work on three international projects (two LOD 200 projects and one LOD 300 project).

  • Clash Detection & Coordination Strategies
  • BIM 360 Collaboration, Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Work Sharing & Scan to BIM Processes (Recap Pro)
  • Façade/Curtain Wall BIM Specialization
  • BIM Data Management & Coordination (Model Federation, COBie)
  • BIM for Facility Management, 4D/5D BIM
  • Detailed BIM 360 Tool Exploration (Project Setup, Administration, etc.)
  • BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
  • Learn the basics of Dynamo, a visual programming language for Revit, and how to write scripts with it.
  • Learn structural analysis and design software ETabs, Staad Pro *
  • Learn Rhinoceros ( It is primarily a powerful free-form 3D modelling software that excels as a surface modeller.)

Months 4 - 5:

During this period, you will concentrate on 3DS Max, Lumion, SketchUp, and Rhino. The final month will involve a BIM project at LOD 350, with an emphasis on coordinating architectural and structural models with other disciplines such as MEPF.
