Premium BIM Course
Program Duration: 8 Months
This 8-month program is designed to give you the skills and experience needed to succeed in the BIM industry. You will receive structured classroom training, work on hands-on projects, and benefit from guaranteed job placement upon completion.
Months 1 - 5 (5 Months)
In the first 5 months, you will learn to use BIM software and tools and gain practical experience by working on projects from different countries, each with varying levels of development. You will start by understanding design inputs and creating 3D models from them. You will also learn how to work with different teams to spot and fix clashes between disciplines. By the end, you will be able to create accurate shop drawings from error-free models. This practical training will help you gain hands-on experience and prepare you for real-world projects.

- Learn how to read and understand design drawings of different standards.
- Hands-on training in 3D modelling based on design inputs.
- Creation of parametric families & construction documentation.
- Techniques for cost estimation & quantity take-off.
- Interior design fit-out detailing & modelling.
- Training on clash detection & coordination.
- Utilization of the BIM 360 platform for project collaboration & Work sharing
- Scan to BIM process (Point cloud to BIM)
- Specialised training in Façade/Curtain Wall BIM
- BIM Data Management & Coordination (Model Federation, COBie (Construction Operations Building Information Exchange))
- BIM for Facility Management, 4D/5D BIM
- BIM 360 Deep Dive ((Project Setup, Project Administration, Document Management, Model, Co-ordination, Issue Tracking, RFI (Request For Information) Management, Submittal Management, Collaboration and Communication, Mobile Access)
- BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Introduction to Di Roots Revitzo & BIM Track
- Learn the basics of Dynamo, a visual programming language for Revit, and how to write scripts with it
- Learn Rhinoceros ( It is primarily a powerful free-form 3D modelling software that excels as a surface modeller.)
- Learn structural analysis and design software ETabs, Staad Pro *
Months 6 - 8: Live Project Experience with Guaranteed Job Placement
In the next three months, you will work at DDG BIM Services Pvt Ltd as a BIM Trainee on live projects.
Location: DDG BIM Services (Infopark)
Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (with stipend)
Focus:
- International BIM Projects (USA & UAE based) that cover Level of Detail (LOD) 200 & LOD 300 and LOD 350
- Real-world Project Involvement & Skill Development
- Internship Completion Certificate and Work Experience Certificate ** (upon successful project completion)
