• Upon completion of a course, students will receive valid Autodesk Certifications and a Project Completion Certificate, where applicable.

4. Fees and Payments

• All fees must be paid in full per the schedule provided during enrollment.
• Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable except under the terms defined in our Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, logos, designs, videos, and other intellectual property on this website are the exclusive property of BIM Cafe Learning Hub and/or Autodesk and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

6. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to students who engage in:

• Academic dishonesty
• Disruptive or abusive behavior
• Breach of confidentiality or privacy
• Misuse of course content or software licenses

7. Limitation of Liability

BIM Cafe shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the website or training programs

8. Placement Services

While 100% placement assurance is offered for select premium programs, job placements are subject to student performance, interview success, and employer requirements. BIM Cafe does not guarantee job offers for all courses.
