Job Description:
We seek a dynamic and persuasive Career Advisor & Enrollment Specialist to drive student enrollments and professional training registrations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to lead follow-up, and the ability to convince and guide potential learners toward a successful career in BIM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Follow-Up: Contact potential students and professionals via calls, emails, and messages to introduce them to BIM training programs.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the career aspirations of prospects and recommend suitable BIM courses.
- Enrollment Conversion: Convince and motivate candidates to enroll in our training programs.
- Database Management: Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with enrolled students for referrals and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Any graduate or relevant qualification.
- Experience: Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, business development, or sales (preferably in the education sector).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to convince and convert leads into enrollments.
- Multitasking & Coordination: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and social media platforms for lead generation.
