SUNNYVALE, Calif. — Trimble has unveiled the 2025 versions of Tekla Structural Designer and Tekla Tedds, enhancing connected workflows, streamlining analysis and design processes, and introducing AI-powered support tools to elevate structural engineering productivity.
The latest versions—Tekla Structural Designer 2025 and Tekla Tedds 2025—are designed to support multi-material building analysis and documentation through tight integrations with key platforms such as Trimble SketchUp, Autodesk Revit, and Tekla Structures, enabling structural engineers to work more collaboratively, efficiently, and accurately.

In a major usability upgrade, Trimble also launched the Trimble Assistant for Tekla, an AI-powered web app available via Tekla User Assistance. This smart assistant provides instant, precise answers to user queries across the full Tekla product suite—including Tekla Structures, Tekla Tedds, Tekla Structural Designer, and Tekla PowerFab—by drawing from an extensive knowledge base.
