The Nemetschek Group, a global leader in digital solutions for the AEC/O industry, has officially launched operations in Saudi Arabia. This reinforces its commitment to the region’s digital transformation and sustainability goals under Vision 2030.

This strategic expansion brings Nemetschek’s renowned software brands—including Allplan, Bluebeam, Graphisoft, Maxon, Solibri, Spacewell, and Vectorworks—closer to one of the world’s most rapidly growing construction markets. With over $1 trillion in mega-projects currently underway, Saudi Arabia's construction sector is embracing advanced technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), artificial intelligence (AI), and digital twins to drive efficiency and innovation.

Leading this regional initiative is Muayad Simbawa, appointed as Managing Director for Nemetschek Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, Simbawa brings nearly 20 years of experience in digital transformation and infrastructure, positioning Nemetschek to make a significant impact across key giga-projects and the broader built environment.

Nemetschek’s presence will be strongly felt at two major upcoming events:

  • Saudi Giga Projects 2025 Summit – A strategic platform for collaboration and innovation in Riyadh’s AEC sector.
  • Saudi Entertainment and Amusement (SEA) Expo—From May 20–22, 2025, this event will feature Maxon, Spacewell, and Vectorworks and spotlight digital solutions for the entertainment and infrastructure sectors.

This expansion highlights Nemetschek’s broader mission in the Middle East—to empower smart city development and future-ready infrastructure through cutting-edge software solutions.
