The Ghiloth facility expands manufacturing capacity for pre-engineered steel structures and insulated panels, targeting growing demand across North India.

EPACK Prefab Technologies has commenced commercial production at its new manufacturing facility in Ghiloth, Rajasthan, adding capacity for pre-engineered building (PEB) structures and polyurethane foam (PUF) panels.

Production began on 28 October 2026, following the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board's approval for the facility to operate.

Manufacturing Capacity Expanded

According to the company's stock-exchange filing, the facility adds an annual manufacturing capacity of:

  • 11,300 metric tonnes of pre-engineered building structures.
  • 800,000 square metres of PUF panels.

The investment is estimated at approximately ₹100 crore and is being financed through proceeds from the company's initial public offering.

The expansion is intended to meet increasing demand for prefabricated building components in North India.

Pre-engineered steel buildings are commonly used for warehouses, manufacturing facilities and other industrial developments. Their components are fabricated in controlled factory environments before being transported for site assembly.

Manufacturing capacity is therefore an important part of the supply chain for projects that depend on prefabricated structural systems.

EPACK Prefab's new facility represents an operational expansion rather than a proposed investment. With commercial production already underway, it adds manufacturing capacity to support the delivery of steel building systems and insulated construction panels.
