Utah's Fast-Growing Suburb Gets a New 217-Unit Residential Development

A new 217-unit Class A apartment development in Bluffdale, Utah has secured joint-venture equity, allowing the five-storey project to move forward.

JLL Capital Markets arranged the equity placement for Six Ridge Partners. The development broke ground in September and forms part of the larger Independence at the Point master-planned community. The area has experienced substantial population growth, with the population within one mile of the project reportedly increasing by 482% between 2010 and 2025.
