January 17, 2025 – The Civil Engineering Association (VACES) of Kerala Government Polytechnic College, Kozhikode, in collaboration with BIM Cafe Learning Hub, organized a five-day online workshop to enhance students' Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills. Held from January 13th to 17th, the workshop attracted 101 participants and provided a structured introduction to BIM fundamentals.
The sessions covered essential BIM concepts, international project applications, and hands-on training in Revit basic modeling. Students also gained practical insights into setting up real-world projects and working at LOD 200, equipping them with industry-relevant competencies.
Upon successful completion of the workshop, participants were awarded certifications, recognizing their newly acquired BIM skills. This immersive learning experience equips students to meet the growing demand for BIM expertise in the construction sector, giving them a competitive edge in their careers.
