Learning Objectives

Giving students a solid foundation in the ideas and practises of building information modelling (BIM) is the main goal of the BIM Professional Course. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of key BIM concepts and their benefits in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) business throughout the course. Participants will gain competency in frequently used BIM software tools at the end of the course, enabling them to use these tools effectively in their professional endeavours. The course also covers BIM workflows and collaboration techniques, giving participants the knowledge and abilities to effectively adopt BIM practices for improved project organisation and coordination.

The BIM Professional Course is designed for students and professionals who are interested in or are already employed in the fields of architecture, engineering, construction, and related fields. Moreover, anyone who satisfies the requirements listed below is eligible to enrol in the course:

Prerequisites

The BIM Professional Course does not have formal requirements, but generally speaking, the course recommends a basic understanding of building techniques and some familiarity with engineering or architectural ideas. Teaching Methodology

To improve learning outcomes, the BIM Professional Course at BIM Cafe employs a hybrid teaching strategy. This approach combines interactive workshops, practical exercises, and academic instruction. Working on actual BIM projects will provide participants with significant hands-on knowledge. We will teach Revit and Navisworks Manage in detail for the first 2 months and remaining 1 month, participants will be working on projects of different Level of Details ( LOD 200, LOD 300). A flexible blended learning approach that mixes online and in-person training is also provided by the course. It follows a variety of learning techniques, including interactive online modules and classroom-based lessons that offer the best opportunities to students.
